You are the first link in the chain of survival.

On Save-A-Life Day, we want to empower YOU. It only takes a few minutes to learn Hands-Only CPR or how to "Stop the Bleed." You don’t need a badge to be a hero—you just need the training.

Health, Wellness, and Resilience Day

Resilience isn't just about bouncing back; it’s about moving forward together. Today, we kick off by focusing on the people behind the uniform.

To our providers: Remember that self-care is not selfish—it’s essential.

To our community: Thank you for supporting the mental and physical well-being of those who serve. 🧘‍♂️🚑
