Citizens,

Soliciting within the Township requires a permit and is regulated via Township Ordinance 275. Some highlights of what Ordinance 275 requires:

- Solicitor must apply for and be granted a Solicitation Permit
- Solicitation (with permit) can occur 9AM to 6PM from October 1
thru April 30 and 9AM to 8PM from May 1 through September 30
- Solicitor is required to carry and show solicitation permit
- Those that solicit without following the proper process and
obtaining a permit are subject to a citation and fine of upt to
$1,000.

If someone is Soliciting in your neighborhood:
- Request the permit or Review the Township website for active
permits (link below)
- If solicitor does not have a permit call non-emergency number

Citizens,

Crestview Drive will be closed on Wednesday June 3, 2026 from 7AM to 3PM to conduct milling and repair in advance of the Township's contracted road projects. Citizens living on Crestview Drive will be able to access their home during the work although there may be delays at times.

This summer Heidelberg Run West will receive a road re-resurfacing as part of the 2026 Contracted Road Projects and again this work and other work in HRW is being done in advance to prepare the roadway for that contracted work. Thank you.

Township Offices will be closed in observance of Memorial Day on Monday May 25, 2026 and will re-open on Tuesday May 26, 2026.

Montello Road will be closed Friday May 22, 2026 from 9AM to 3PM due to road work. This road work is being conducted by Spring Township on it's portion of Montello Road however the entire roadway will be closed. Thank you.
