On White Canes Connect Episode 158, Simon Bonenfant goes inside Lunar Retreat, an immersive, multisensory performance coming to Philadelphia's Fringe Festival.

Creator Nichole Canuso, dancer Shannon Brooks, and audio description coach Natanya Sortland discuss movement, touch, audio description, trust, grief, healing, and what happens when blind and low-vision participants are invited inside the artistic experience.

Even more remarkable: accessibility work developed with the blind community became so integral to Lunar Retreat that some of it is now part of the experience for everyone.
