Thank you San Patricio Co Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division & Aransas Pass Police Dept for your intensive hours on this case. 42% of Fentanyl pills seized can kill a human. Hopefully we saved about 55 lives. In a cooperative effort with FBI, 15 individuals were arrested in Brazoria Co on drug federal charges filed by the US Attorney’s Office. We continue to fight to combat illegal narcotics in our communities because we know “our labor is not in vain.”

Task Force Agents are at it once again!!! On Tuesday February 13, 2024 Agents working Operation Lone Star conducted a traffic stop in San Patricio County. While speaking to the occupants of the vehicle Agents believed some sort of criminal activity was taking place. Agents deployed a K-9 which alerted to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle an after-market compartment was located. Agents were able to access the after-market compartment which contained 15.35 kilograms of co***ne. The Task Force is a firm believer in team work and is grateful to be a part of Operation Lone Star. These types of operations and joint efforts between all agencies who participate, is a sole reminder of what team work can accomplish.
