Today, Shawn Olorundami For Progress got canvassers at Iowa Forward off to a great start, as they shared food and prepared to hit the streets in support of Democrats up and down the ballot. Among the dedicated volunteers were Jody House for Woodbury County Supervisor and Brittney Wilson for Woodbury County Supervisor, who are logging countless hours getting to know their voters and the issues that are top-of-mind for them.

These three first-time candidates are a breath of fresh air!

They and the rest of the Woodbury County Democratic slate of candidates will be at the Western Iowa Labor Federation picnic and canvassing kickoff on Monday to celebrate Labor Day and continue our canvassing effort as we move into the last 60 days before the election. Join us at Riverside Park, Shelter #5, Monday starting at 11:00!
