CRoSD will make every effort to remind new and incumbent Republican legislators of their duty to know and support the principles expressed within the SD Republican Party Platform and Republican National Committee Platform. We will extend communications to them before, and during their session encouraging them to support or oppose certain bills as per specific Republican Principles within the platf

orms. We will also provide each Republican legislator the opportunity to support this effort to educate voters on their voting records by allowing them to contribute to CRoSD and disclosing that support here on our site. We accept that not every legislator will agree with how we factor each vote; however, as the adage goes "an honest man (woman) has nothing to hide" and if they truly believe they followed Republican principles on an issue, then they should be equally supportive of ensuring the voters know how they voted.
