🎉BIG NEWS! 🎉 Sign ups are now OPEN for our John Harris Color Run!

We’re raising $75,000 for schoolwide improvements, experiences, field trips, PTO budget, and playground upgrades, and when you sign up at MyBooster.com, your pack has the chance to head to AND Dave and Buster’s!

We have some fun in store for our families while we fundraise to reach our goal, but you must be registered on MyBooster.com to qualify. Plus, students earn their wolf ears just for participating.

Don't stress about supper the night of open house!

There will be a hot dog meal provided during the hours of JHE open house tomorrow, Tuesday the 25th, from 4-6 p.m.

We are thankful for our community partner, Southern Hills United Methodist, for providing, preparing, and serving the food!

Plan to stop by the gym before or after visiting your child's classroom! We look forward to seeing you at open house!

When it comes to our students and your children, endings often remind us of the beginnings. We think about where we started- skills we've learned and memories we've made. Children aren't the only ones that change and grow. Adults invested in the lives of JHE students learn from them and from one another. Hurricane Heroes help make each other better!

The year flew by as they always do. It was fitting to see families gathered on the playground as that is how we started the school year- with excitement and big emotions.

We are grateful to be John Harris Elementary- the families, students, and staff!

We wish our community a wonderful summer. We will see you in the fall!
