Sioux Falls Fire Rescue The official page of Sioux Falls Fire Rescue.

As one of the largest fire departments in the upper Midwest, we are committed to the safety of Sioux Falls. We do more than fight fires, as emergency medical calls now make up more than half our emergency responses. We also have one of the larger Public Access Defibrillator programs in the country, and regularly provided CPR classes.

That is the number of smoke detectors that Sioux Falls Fire Rescue has installed across Sioux Falls since the implementation of the Smoke Detector Program

Having working smoke detectors is crucial for your families safety, and early fire detection. This program has made a large impact on the community and we look forward to continuing to assist those who need detectors in their home
If you are in need of detectors, call 211 to get more information

Thank you to our partners throughout the community who have assisted in providing detectors throughout the years.
