Tonight Falls Park will shine blue in memory of Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Deputy Katherine Ann Frank, who tragically lost her life in the line of duty.

We reflect on her service and sacrifice and send our deepest sympathy to all who are grieving her loss.

The lights will shine on the waterfall each evening roughly 30 minutes before sunset until midnight, offering park goers a chance to view the display October 16 through 21.
