Today, Uganda celebrates Martyrs' Day, a national holiday honoring the faith and sacrifice of the 45 Uganda Martyrs who were killed between 1885 and 1887 for refusing to renounce their Christian beliefs.

As we remember their legacy, we are grateful for the faith, resilience, and leadership we see across the communities where AsOne serves.

Last week, a team from Hope Haven traveled to Uganda and partnered with two AsOne communities where they equipped 200 families with wheelchairs.

For many, access to mobility means more than movement. It creates greater independence, restores dignity, and opens doors to school, healthcare, work, and community life.

We’re incredibly grateful for partners like Hope Haven who continue helping make both practical care and the love of Christ more accessible across rural Uganda.
