Harrigan Centennial Hall is an 32,000 SF Civic, Convention, and Visitor Center in Sitka, Alaska. Our oceanfront property boasts panoramic views of the sea and mountain landscapes beyond. The Centennial Hall staff is trained and experienced in hosting events from the planning stage to completion: Conventions, Symposiums, Conferences, Seminars, Tradeshows, Exhibits, and Meetings. Our audiovisual amenities include wireless internet throughout, teleconference equipment, and multimedia projectors. Our on-site commercial kitchen is available for independent caterers to use for all events. In addition to offering free all-day parking, we are located conveniently close to downtown, hotel/motel accommodations, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Centennial Hall is the home to the Sitka Summer Music Festival and the New Archangel Dancers among other organizations. As a result of funding gained from taxes levied on cruise ship passengers, we are currently in the process of design and planning for renovations to Harrigan Centennial Hall. Our primary goals for the project include: exterior improvements; modernizing the building to meet codes and increase energy savings; as well as improvements to the design and layout of interior spaces. We want to provide the a functional and and attractive facility for locals and visitors alike.
