Located just North of Tulsa, nestled in the Osage Hills, the Skiatook district has easy access from US 75 and State Highway 20, and the beautiful Skiatook Lake. Skiatook is one of the fastest growing communities in this par

Skiatook is also in an excellent position to take advantage of the several fine colleges and universities in the Tulsa area. Today Skiatook serves approximately 2700 students in the Skiatook school system. There are approximately 180 certified personnel and 110 support personnel employed in the district. Minority groups composed of Native Americans, African Americans, Hispanics, and Oriental make up approximately 31% of our total enrollment. Sixty-one percent of the student body receives free and reduced lunches. The district consists of four building sites: 2 elementary, 1 middle school, and 1 high school. Skiatook’s Alternative Education Programs help students stay in school or return to school, giving them a chance to get back on track to graduate. The same curriculum offered in the traditional classroom is approached through innovative teaching techniques
