Information about student Gmail accounts. (This was also shared via email & Google Classroom on May 12.)

-Student email accounts will remain active until August 1, 2022. After that date, the accounts will be suspended and at a later date, deleted.

-If you are interested in keeping your school email, contacts, and files that you have saved in your school Google account, the following link has information on a service Google provides for this. All that is needed is a personal Google address that you either already have, or will need to create. Once your school account is suspended on August 1, this process will not work.

-If you have used your school email address for a personal matter (example: FAFSA, banking, iTunes account, Google Play, Netflix, etc.) you will need to take steps to change your contact information with these services before August 1.

Here's a note from the counseling office:

Seniors, don’t forget you can pick up your diploma packets up during the summer. The hours are Tuesday-Thursday from 8:00-12:00.

In these packets are all your school records, diploma and 2 copies of your transcripts.

Emailed message from Mrs. McElyea:

Due to delayed final grades from Tulsa Tech, final transcripts and senior packets will now be ready for pickup on Tuesday, June 14th. Summer office hours are 8-12 Tuesday through Thursday.

If you would like a final transcript mailed to an institution or employer, please complete the Final Transcript Request Form (located in the message emailed to seniors).

Thursday:
8:30-2:50 MANDATORY graduation practice in the BWAC. Lunch (Subway and Mazzio’s) provided.

Friday:
7-8 AM optional senior breakfast at Lakewood Baptist (across from the casino)
8:30 BWAC Group photo in caps & gowns, then ride the busses to other school sites
5:30 Seniors arrive at BWAC through East doors
6:15 Main doors open for guests
7:00 Ceremony
10PM Senior Celebration in the SHS Commons

Hi all! Can’t believe we’re on the last week. Here’s info on the next few days:

Monday, May 16 - Senior Finals Exemption Forms signed all day

Monday, May 16, 3-5 PM - Senior Assembly Practice - AUDITORIUM.
Seniors who are performing their talents, speakers, class officers, and Mr. & Ms. Nominees must attend.

Tuesday, May 17 - Senior Fun Day and Senior Assembly
- 12:00-2:00 PM, Senior Fun Day at the football field. This event is meant to celebrate the class
achievements and senior post-grad plans. We encourage you to wear your college, career, or military gear to represent what you’ll be doing next! This event is only for seniors and a few staff members and committee members who will be assisting.
- 5:00-7:00 PM, Senior Assembly in the AUDITORIUM (note location change). This optional event is for seniors and their family members and friends. We will be celebrating the class with the senior slideshow, Most & Best Awards, the Mr. & Miss SHS presentation, scholarships, awards, recognitions, 10 Years From Nows and Remember Whens, and the passing of the class key, etc. A small dessert reception and drinks will follow.

Those of you attending Baccalaureate tomorrow, please be sure to communicate with your guests the correct time of 2:00. If you sent out Josten’s announcements, they say 3:00. I think it was at 3:00 last year but got switched to 2:00 this time. Sorry!! - Mrs. G.
