To our Asian American and Pacific Islander students - you belong here. You belong in this country, this community, this school. You belong in our library. You and your stories are an essential part of our library. So what stories about the Asian American experience are we missing in our library? What’s out there that we need to buy? What stories do you need that haven’t been written yet??

Black stories matter in our library, and we want to make it clear that these books are good reading ANY day of the year.
But we still want to give our black authors a little extra love - from social justice novels to non-fiction, sci-fi and fantasy to romance and humor, here are some of the latest and greatest! 🎉

Happy Inauguration Day! In addition to watching the new president take his oath of office, many of the Library staff received their first Covid vaccines today. Everyday we dream of reopening the Library, smiling without a mask on, and seeing you in person. We just got one step closer 💉😌🎉

Hispanic Heritage Month may be wrapping up, but we’re still celebrating. Check out Ms. Castillo’s tutorial for making Agua de Jamaica, and sign up to reserve your own free ingredients from the Library.
