🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM YOUR LAWN 🚨

“Please mow me before I become a city project.”

A reminder from the City of Slayton that grass and weeds must be kept under 6 inches in height.

Here’s how it works:
📬 If your grass gets too tall, you’ll receive a notice
⏰ You then have 48 hours to mow it
🚜 If it’s still not done, the City may mow it for you
💸 And unlike your teenager, the City does not work for free

All mowing and administrative costs will be charged to the property owner.

Save yourself the notice, the bill, and the neighborhood side-eye. Be a good neighbor and trim it promptly. 💙
