Sleepy Hollow Elementary PTC Our organization's success is achieved solely by the efforts from our volunteers. Welcome to the Sleepy Hollow Elementary School PTC website.

The mission of the PTC is to provide financial support and supplementary services to enhance the education of Sleepy Hollow Elementary School (SHES) students. The PTC receives financial support for its programs and special school projects through our annual fundraiser. Membership to the PTC is available to any parent with a child at Sleepy Hollow School. Sleepy Hollow Elementary School has been consistently recognized within the school district for its outstanding parent involvement. We hope that you will take an active role in our volunteer programs and fundraisers so that we may continue to enrich our children's education.

🐴🎃 MIDWEEK CHECK-IN, SLEEPY HOLLOW FAMILIES! 🎃🐴

So… are we SURVIVING or THRIVING this week?! 😂

The sun is shining, but those temperatures sure have taken a turn! 🍂 Fall has officially entered the chat, and Mother Nature has apparently decided it’s time to put away the shorts and start hunting for sweatshirts. 🥶😂

Let’s get a HEAD start on a few reminders before Halloween sneaks up on us! 👀

👻 HALLOWEEN PARTIES ARE A WEEK AWAY! 🎃

Room parents are working their magic to make these classroom parties fun for our kiddos, so please check those emails for party details and volunteer sign-ups! Every little bit of help makes a difference. ❤️

🐴 PLANNING TO VOLUNTEER? DON'T LOSE YOUR HEAD… OR YOUR RAPTOR FORM! 🐴

Make sure you've completed your Raptor form so you're ready to help when the opportunity comes! We appreciate all the parents who jump in to make these school memories happen.

Did you spot the flyer for those adorable M&M's bats?! They're a cute little Halloween treat, and order forms are due THIS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23RD! 🗓️

Check those backpacks before the forms disappear into the same mysterious black hole as missing socks and lunchbox containers. 😂

Okay, Mother Nature… we see you! 👀 80-degree weather in the Midwest during a four-day October weekend?! We’re not asking questions, we’re just enjoying it before we wake up to snow next week. 😂☀️🍁

We’re officially HALFWAY THROUGH OCTOBER and galloping right along through the school year! 🐴 So let’s get a HEAD start on this week’s reminders. 😉

Our annual SHES Day at Goebbert’s Farm is coming up on October 9th, and we want YOU to join us! 🎃🌽🍂

There’s pumpkins, fall fun, farm adventures, and plenty of opportunities for the kids to run around while the grownups wonder where all their energy comes from. 😂

🍩☕ SHES Donuts with Grownups — THANK YOU! ☕🍩

Well… the weather definitely had other plans for our Donuts with Grownups this morning! 🌧️😂

But did that stop our SHES families?! NOPE! 🙌❤️

A HUGE thank you to all of the families who braved the rain, swung through the Kiss & Go line, grabbed a donut and coffee, and still found a way to make the morning special with their kiddos. 🍩☕❤️

And an extra BIG thank you to our amazing volunteers who stood out in the rain serving donuts, pouring coffee, and making it all happen! ☔️👏 You are appreciated more than you know!

It may not have looked quite like we planned, but we still think it was a pretty sweet way to start the day. 🍩😉

We will STILL be serving donuts this morning, but things will look a little different due to the weather! 🌧️

🚗 We’ll have a tent set up at the end of the Kiss & Go line. Simply swing by in your car, grab a donut and coffee, and enjoy a little time with your kids before school! ❤️

🍩☕ DONUTS WITH GROWNUPS is still ON ☕🍩

9:00–9:45 AM | SHES Blacktop

Start your morning with a donut and your favorite grownup! 🍩❤️ This is a FREE SHES event and we’d love to see you there!

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER: This is NOT a drop-off event! A parent/guardian must stay with their student until the school bell rings.

We’re keeping a close eye on the weather, but as of now, we’re still planning to see everyone tomorrow morning before school! ☔️🍩

A little rain won’t stop us! If needed, we’ll switch things up and bring the donuts curbside right to your car! 🚗🍩

Stay tuned for any updates in case the weather changes our plans!
