Good Morning Fellow Americans!! We are close to 60 days away from critical midterms. Many of us are watching in disbelief at communities and places in America being taken over by Islamist who hate us. We know the power of prayer and ask that you join us in praying for our country, President Trump, our leaders, and for Americans nationwide to rise up for righteousness, for God, for their families, and to protect our freedom. It is not the sole responsibility of your neighbor or the next person. It is the responsibility of each and everyone of us. Each of us possess the power and ability to be the difference. Speak up, have uncomfortable but factual conversations, post the facts, educate others, inform your friend or neighbor of what’s on the ballot, encourage them to register to vote and then go vote. Sign up to volunteer, get involved. Do something but don’t be silent.

A heartfelt thank you to Tammy Nick, Tracey Powell, John Gallaher, and Kevin O’Neill, for taking time to participate in a candidate forum on Thursday with members and friends of ESTRW. Our East St. Tammany City Court Judicial candidates and Marshal candidates were incredibly prepared and informative with their answers and in speaking to guest. Thank you to Terri and the staff at Pinewood Country Club for another wonderful lunch and service. Congratulations to Jessica Hanna for winning the Florida Beach Condo raffle and special gratitude to Tracey Powell for donating it for our fundraiser.

I forgot to mention in the meeting that we had to reschedule our special guest speakers, the J6 prisoners pardoned by President Trump. They are incredibly busy with speaking engagements and we decided to add our Marshal candidates to the forum, so it worked out for both of us. We know that many of our members and friends are asking about them and excited to hear from them and they are scheduled for later in the year so stay tuned.

Please join us for our 22nd Judicial Candidate Forum on Thursday, September 24 at 11:30 at Pinewood. We will hear from judge candidates from Division E, G, and H.
