The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is rehabilitating the I-41 interchange at WIS 60 in the village of Slinger, Washington County. Construction is scheduled to be completed in fall 2026.

The following closures are scheduled overnight only for ramp and intersection work.

Wednesday, September 2, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.:
WIS 60 eastbound between WIS 164 and County C (Hillside Road) is scheduled to close.
• The I-41 northbound exit ramp to WIS 60 eastbound is scheduled to close from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Thursday, September 3, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.:
WIS 60 westbound between County C (Hillside Road) and WIS 164 is scheduled to close.
• The I-41 northbound exit ramps to WIS 60 are scheduled to close from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• The I-41 northbound entrance ramp from WIS 60 is scheduled to close from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Detour:
→ WIS 60: Motorists are encouraged to use WIS 164, WIS 167 and US 45 to get around the closures

I-41/WIS 60 Interchange Update:

Monday, August 24 - Tuesday, August 25 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

I-41 southbound between WIS 33 and WIS 145 is scheduled to close for WIS 60 bridge work.
• The entrance ramps to I-41 southbound from WIS 33, County K and WIS 144 are scheduled to close from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Detour:
→ I-41 Southbound: Motorists are encouraged to use WIS 33, WIS 175 and WIS 145 to get around the closure.

Program update!
Not great news: If you were only coming to check out the TMJ4 Storm Chaser, you will need to track it down another time.
Great news: Meteorologist Lauren Larsen is still able to join us and take over tonight's presentation to learn all about our wild Wisconsin summer weather!
