Weekly Call Summary: May 31 - June 6, 2026
📍 06/02 @ 6:33 a.m. - 200 Blk. Weil Dr, for a commercial fire alarm. On arrival, crews found light smoke coming from the building and a commercial dumpster on fire filled with cardboard. No fire extension to the building was found and the dumpster fire was extinguished. The cause was undetermined but was deemed a fire sprinkler save!
📍 06/02 @ 4:46 p.m. - 300 Blk. Kettle Moraine Dr N, for a smoldering grass fire near the road. SFD responded and assisted with extinguishment after law enforcement utilized their extinguishers.
📍 06/03 @ 12:37 a.m. - 600 Blk. Cedar Bluffs Way, to assist Lifestar EMS on a rescue call. Personnel arrived and assisting with lifting the patient.
📍 06/03 @ 1:42 p.m. - 1000 Blk. E Commerce Blvd, for a commercial fire alarm. Crews investigated and found a probable faulty alarm system.
📍 06/04 @ 4:42 a.m. - 4500 Blk. County Trunk NN along with Lifestar EMS, for a car vs deer crash. Crews assisted EMS and cleared with no further action.
📍 06/04 @ 11:52 p.m. - 600 Blk. Ellys Way, along with Lifestar EMS, for a residential carbon monoxide alarm with one occupant reporting symptoms. Crews investigated and were unable to find any cause for alarm.
📍 06/05 @ 2:31 p.m. - 4000 Blk. Lake Dr, for a report of a tree on fire against a power line. Incident command was unable to locate any hazard and cleared from the scene.
📍 06/05 @ 5:27 p.m. - 300 Blk. James St, for an unknown smell of smoke/fire in the multi-family apartment. Crews investigated and found no cause for alarm and it was deemed a good intent call.
📍 06/05 @ 6:27 p.m. - Big Cedar Lake in the area of Timmer’s Bay along with Lifestar EMS, for a report of a sinking boat with 12 occupants on board. All occupants were able to make it to land without rescue assistance. (see previous press release for further info)
