Attention, Libby Users, Sloan Public Library now requires a 4-digit PIN number in order to log into Libby.

9-1-26 Update... Again sorry for the inconvenience. After working with both Bridges/Libby and Book Systems I think we have found the issue. Patrons will still need to use the 5-digit number for their library card. They will now also be required to utilize a PIN number to verify their card. The PIN for all patrons is the last four digits of their card number. This change is required to add an additional layer of security to our information.
For example if my card number was 05678, I would use that as my card number. When prompted for my PIN, I would enter 5678. If you are still having diffculties, please feel free to reach out to the library. We can help.

We are deeply sorry for inconvenience caused by our Libby outage. Vicky worked with techs most of today to resolve the issue; but, unfortunately, was not successful in getting the issue resolved. She'll be in again tomorrow to continue working to troubleshoot the issue.
I know it is frustrating, I'm waiting to download a book as well. VE

The library is aware of users having difficulty logging into their Libby accounts. Vicky is working on a solution. Please be paitent as she works through the State Library and Overdrive to come up with a solution to this issue.
