We are hosting a Chess Camp at the library! New and experienced players are welcomed to join T.J. Reap for a chess camp on June 29th and 30th from 9:30am-11:30am and July 1st and 2nd from 1:00pm-3:00pm. ALL AGES WELCOME!

No registration required. Come to however many dates you would like- you don't have to commit to all four days. Contact the library with any questions.

Hamlin Memorial Library is seeking a part-time Library Assistant. Candidates would be expected to engage in daily library operations, as well as assist with library programming, fundraising, and be willing to go the extra mile.

We are seeking someone energetic and upbeat with good communication skills and a working knowledge of computers/technology. Criminal background clearances are a State requirement. Candidates must possess a willingness to work with the Director and Board to promote the library and its mission.

Thank you to McKean County Fair Queens for reading to the kids and helping with Summer Reading this week! The girls all did a great job and were great with the kids. And thank you to Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Inc. for doing the craft during their camp today! We hope to see everyone again at 10am next Wednesday!
