Isle of Wight County is located just off of the James River in the Hampton Roads community of southeastern Virginia. The Isle of Wight County Democratic Committee (IOWCDC) is your local branch of the Democratic Party of Virginia, working to advance the federal, state, and local interests of the Democratic Party. In 2012, the IOWCDC was recognized by the Democratic Party of Virginia (DPVA) as the
