The cold & freezing weather is here! We need anyone with open ditches and exposed water lines to the water meter to cover the ditches and keep the lids on the meters. Any open ditches and exposed water lines will bust/break during the freezing weather and create water loss for both our customers and the water district. If the water line busts on the customer side of the meter, the cost belongs to the customer. PLEASE cover open ditches and exposed water lines!!

TOMORROW, OCTOBER 11: Do NOT fill hot tubs from 5 a.m. and 1 p.m. Broken Bow is doing work on their main water line and will have the water turned off. We must conserve water to help our water tower from draining. There will be a large fine for anyone caught. PLEASE protect your water system!

We are having a problem with water theft. This has become a large problem and costing the water district a lot of money. If anyone sees someone filling tanks from one of our valves, please call our office with a license plate or vehicle description or anything that might help catch the thief or thieves. We need to stop this theft to keep our costs down and so we don't have to raise our prices to help cover the lost costs. The fire departments are allowed to refill from our valves, but they will call us with the amount they use. PLEASE help stop this theft if you see anything!! 580-244-7561

Our Octavia tower was struck by lightening last night destroying the water line supplying the tower. The Octavia, Ludlow and Honobia customers will temporarily lose water. Our crew is repairing the water line and should get water back in a few hours. Thank you for your patience.

There is a main line break on Hwy. 259! Water will be off until we can get it repaired. Our crew will begin repairs as soon as the fiber line, phone and electric have marked their lines within 2 hrs. We apologize for your inconvenience!
