Hello, Everyone:

Well, it took some bumps and turns (not as many sponsors/donations; group of children got sidetracked due to a household emergency), but TRC still managed to hold our 2nd Annual Children’s Christmas Party on Sat., Dec. 16th, to benefit local foster children/children of parents of incarceration!! MAJOR THANK YOUs go out to Little Caesar’s Pizza/Smyrna, DE for donating to us at a “crunch time”; to Director Margaret McNeil and other parents/volunteers/participants who came out last Saturday to give out gifts/food, assist with games and fun, and to service 14 children this year!!! 🙂 We also were blessed to assist eight families via the Food Bank of DE’s “Thanksgiving For All” Program, and to deliver baskets of food to three individual families who still were in need when the above program was filled to capacity!!!

Thank Yous to everyone again...see you next year! :)
