A day well spent at the Chattanooga Zoo!

Our Group Effort family had the opportunity to volunteer, lend a helping hand, and enjoy a beautiful day together. It’s moments like these that remind us how important it is to stay connected to our community, make new memories, and have fun along the way.

Our Group Effort family had an incredible time celebrating Independence Day together with good food, great conversations, games, and even better company! 🇺🇸

These moments remind us that we’re more than a program—we’re a family. Building friendships, creating memories, and enjoying life together is what it’s all about.

A Day in My Life ❤️

I wake up in a home that feels safe. Not a facility. Not an institution.

A home.

We fold laundry together. We make dinner. We run errands. Maybe we go fishing, watch a movie, cheer at a ball game, or celebrate a birthday. Sometimes we have big adventures. Sometimes we just enjoy the little moments. This is my life.
