Almaville Volunteer Fire Rescue Department We are a 100% volunteer fire/rescue department that needs your support! Almaville Volunteer Fire Rescue is made up of approximately 55 dedicated volunteers.

We operate three fire stations, one rescue engine, two engines, one tanker, one brush truck, and a support vehicle. To even better serve our community and decrease response times, we are now staffing fire station 2 with at least two on-duty personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Currently hold an Insurance Services Office Class 5/10. This means everyone within our district within 5 road miles of our three fire stations has an ISO Public Protection Classification of 5.

Community help needed: We are seeking the donation of old vehicles to utilize for extrication training. These cars can be junk cars that don’t run or are already wrecked.

Congratulations to the members of Almaville Volunteer Fire Rescue Dept!

We are proud to be recognized by the Tennessee Fire Service and Codes Enforcement Academy for accumulating 1,145 student contact hours during FY 2025–2026.

This recognition belongs to every member who gave up evenings, weekends, and personal time to attend classes and sharpen their skills. Your dedication ensures we are always prepared to provide the best service possible to our community.
