Our administrator Alex and her husband initiated a garden at home and brought us a harvest here at The Cottage. We are very thankful for all the vegetables she has given us. We are super excited to eat and try them out.

Happy Tuesday. We hope everyone had an enjoyable Memorial Day holiday, we’re now back in session. Our Participants are engaging in arts and crafts while celebrating and showing appreciation for one another. The Cottage is closed today and will resume business operations tomorrow. We will also be offering makeup days for individuals who missed Monday. Memorial Day commemorates the men and women who lost their lives in the line of duty in the United States Armed Forces. The purpose of Memorial Day is to memorialize the veterans who never made it home, and to pay our respects to those that made the ultimate sacrifice for this country.

Memorial Day is full of history and meaning, and there are several ways you can observe it.
