๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ Pride Month is here, and at Reclaim, we believe that Housing is Pride.

Pride is more than celebrationโ€”it's about safety, belonging, dignity, and the freedom to be yourself. Yet far too many 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and families continue to face housing instability, discrimination, and homelessness simply because of who they are.

This month, we'll be sharing information and resources that highlight the connection between housing and equity for LGBTQ+ communities. Because everyone deserves a safe place to sleep, a place to call home, and a community where they are accepted for who they are.

๐Ÿ  Housing is stability.
๐Ÿ  Housing is dignity.
๐Ÿ  Housing is belonging.
๐Ÿ  Housing is Pride.

Happy Pride Month from all of us at Reclaim. โค๏ธ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’œ

Our team participated in naloxone training through Public Health โ€“ Seattle & King County to strengthen our ability to respond to overdose emergencies and better support our community.

Naloxone is a life-saving medication that can reverse an opioid overdose and create another chance for recovery, healing, and connection. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue learning ways to keep our neighbors safe and cared for.

If you or someone you know needs support:
โ€ข Call 911 in an emergency
โ€ข Call or text 988 for mental health or substance use crisis support
โ€ข Washington Recovery Help Line: 1-866-789-1511
โ€ข Emergency Service Patrol: 206-263-8997
โ€ข ORCA Center for recovery navigation and substance use resources
โ€ข Find naloxone and additional resources through doh.wa.gov/you-and-your-family/drug-user-health/naloxone-finder

This education saves lives. ๐Ÿ’œ

Every person who walks through The Front Door carries a story of strength. ๐Ÿงก
They're not just seeking shelter โ€” they're taking a brave step toward stability, safety, and a new beginning. And you can be part of that journey.

Your gift today does something real:
๐Ÿ’› $50 stocks essential items โ€” new underwear, hygiene products, work attire โ€” the everyday things that restore dignity
๐Ÿ’› $150 provides a week of case management, consistent check-ins, and connection to the resources that make stability possible
๐Ÿ’› $300 gives a household fleeing gender-based violence three days of safe shelter โ€” three days that can change everything

No contribution is too small. Every dollar is a door opened, a burden lifted, a family held.

Last week, Chief Ed Hall from the King County Sheriff's Office visited Reclaim to share about his new service area in North Bend and discuss ways we can continue strengthening our community together.

We talked about the impact of BlueBridge Alliance , an organization providing resources to officers to directly support community members in need, and explored ways we can collaborate to better serve our neighbors.

Weโ€™re grateful for the opportunity to connect and look forward to working alongside Chief Hall to build a stronger, more supported community for everyone.
