📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE – WATER & SEWER RATE UPDATE 📢

The Town of Snow Hill would like to inform residents that water and sewer rates will increase beginning with the July 1, 2026, utility bill.
Please see the attached rate schedule for additional information regarding these changes.
Customers will also receive a letter by mail with additional details about this rate adjustment.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to provide dependable utility services to the citizens of Snow Hill.

🚛 GFL UPDATE 🚛

Per Tyler Pate, General Manager with GFL Environmental:

GFL workers experienced a minor delay this morning. The only two streets remaining are Jennifer Lane and Patrick Drive, and they will be serviced first thing tomorrow morning.

Town offices will be CLOSED on
Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.

Splash Pad Opening Reminder
The splash pad will be open Monday, May 25:
• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
$2 per entry fee.

Spring Clean-up Week is now complete. Any additional trash placed out after your area was serviced will not be collected unless a special pickup is requested.

Residents must either:
• Request a special pickup for a fee of $65.00, or
• Remove the trash from the property.

As previously announced, all trash was required to be placed out by the morning of May 18, 2026, for collection.
Residents were also informed that Town staff would only make one trip through each area during Spring Clean-up Week.

Get ready to splash, play, and have fun because the Town of Snow Hill Splash Pad reopens
Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day)! ☀️
Bring the family out for a fun day of cooling off, playing in the water, and spending time with friends and family.
Opening Day Hours:
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Admission is $2 per entry.
Don’t forget the sunscreen and towels — we can’t wait to see everyone back at the splash pad!

Town of Snow Hill Spring Clean-Up Reminder

Spring Clean-Up Week will take place May 18, 2026 – May 22, 2026.
Residents are reminded to place all unwanted items near the street the morning of May 18 and separate them into the designated groups for pickup.
Please note:
• Tires, paint, and chemical containers will not be picked up
• No vegetative debris will be collected
• Residents will only be visited once during clean-up week

Attention Fair Grove Residents:
Please place all unwanted items in the grassy area near the Fair Grove Apartments sign shown in the photo below the morning of May 18 for collection during clean-up week.
