Through the Maryland Coastal Bays Program oyster gardening program, volunteers raise young oysters for one year before they are moved to local restoration sites, where they help improve water quality.

Every month, volunteers with Beach Heroes-OC donate their time to pick up litter along our beaches and bayside streets. It's inspiring to see this group continue to grow, proving that a small act from many people can make a big difference.
