6/1/26; 615am β€’ Members responded to Grays Mill Rd. for a reported house on fire. Units arrived to a single wide mobile home with smoke showing. Members made an interior attack and extinguished the fire. One family was displaced. Multiple animals were deceased. No personnel injuries reported.

🚨 Tractor Trailer Overturned 🚨

5/29/26; 3:40pm β€’ Members responded to Hwy 903 S. near Meadow Drive for a tractor trailer overturned in the ditch. The trailer was loaded at the time of the accident. No injuries were reported.

⚠️ Please use caution in the area for the next several hours as wrecker services remove the vehicle.

🚨 MVC w/Pin In 🚨

5/22/26, 10:15am β€’ Members responded to the intersection of NC 258 N. & NC 91 for a single vehicle crash. Members arrived to one vehicle off the roadway that struck a traffic light pole. Greene County Emergency Services provided medical care while members from Snow Hill and Hookerton Fire &EMS performed extensive extrication to free the patient. An aircraft was requested but unable to fly. The patient was extricated in approximately 30 minutes. Serious but stable injuries reported. Please keep this family in your prayers πŸ™

5/21/26, 2:34am; Members responded to Hwy 258 N. for a single vehicle accident. Units arrived to one vehicle off the roadway that collided with a cow. Members assisted with removal of the deceased animal and cleared the roadway.

5/21/26; 1:20am; Members responded to assist Arba Fire Departmentand Hookerton Fire &EMS for a house fire. Upon arrival, the residence had already collapsed and was burned to the ground. Fire personnel secured the scene and extinguished remaining hot spots. The structure was confirmed to be abandoned.
