Time for the 2026 Snow Hill Photography Contest!

Rules:
-Photos must be taken in Snow Hill, MD within the 2026 calendar year
-Up to five digital photos per entrant
-All entrants are responsible for the proper copyright and model releases if applicable
-By submitting a photo to the Town of Snow Hill 2026 Photo Contest you are granting the Town of Snow Hill a royalty-free, non-exclusive license for reproduction of the image in promotional materials
-Employees, agents, family members and spouses of employees or agents of the Town of Snow Hill are expressly prohibited from entering
-The Town of Snow Hill reserves the right to disqualify any submission, that in the sold judgement of the Town of Snow Hill is inappropriate, in poor taste, or that may have the appearance of being forged, copied, stolen, illegal or contains illegal content or is otherwise suspect
-All entries must be submitted through the Google Form

Winner receives a $50 gift card to their favorite downtown business and 18x24in print of their winning photo. Second place will win an 11x14in print of their photo and a $25 gift card to their favorite downtown business. Runners up will have their photos used in future Snow Hill promotional materials.

Submissions are due by 4:00pm on Friday, November 20, 2026.

Judging Criteria:
-Judging will be completed by Mayor Janet Simpson
-Criteria for judging includes: Photographic Quality, Scenic/Artistic --Beauty, and photos the are conductive to Snow Hill marketing objectives

The winner and runners up will be notified by email by Monday, November 30, 2026

💙We need help with event logistics, administrative support, community outreach, fundraising committees, and more. If you've ruled yourself out because you're not sure you could handle the “heavy” parts, there's probably a role that's a great fit anyway!

🍻 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR SUNFEST!

The Art League of Ocean City is excited to host the B**r Tent at Sunfest, October 22–25, 2026, and we need YOUR help to make it a success!

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help pour draft b**r and collect payments throughout this fun, fast-paced weekend.

Volunteers must be 21 or older.

Shifts involve standing for extended periods, so comfortable shoes are a must!

Aprons will be provided.

At least one TIPS-certified volunteer is needed per shift.

FREE bus and shuttle passes will be provided to all volunteers! The OC Shuttle offers a direct ride from the Convention Center to Sunfest with no stops.
