~The Snyder Public Library is located inside of the Snyder Veteran's Memorial Auditorium.~

Our little library has nearly 3,000 books and over 650 DVDs available for checkout! So come on down... and check them out! :)
Weekly Wednesday Clubs:
~Painting Night, BINGO Night, LEGO Day, Board Game Night, Video Game Day, Coding Club, Science Experiment Day, Craft Night, Breakout Box Day, Escape Room Day, Choose Your Own Adventure Day, Scavenger Hunt Day, Drama Club, and more! Monthly Clubs:
~Dungeons & Dragons on the last Sunday of every month at 4:30pm! People ages 10 and up are welcome to join!
~Adult Dungeons & Dragons on the first Sunday of every month at 5:00pm! People ages 18 and up are welcome to join!
~Adult Book Club (ABC) on the last Monday of every month at 7:00pm! People ages 18 and up are welcome to join! I would also like to get Young Adult, Juvenile, and Early Reader book clubs going someday. Please let me know if you're interested in joining a book club and/or creating a character for D&D!
->Our clubs are open to all people of ALL ages (except for ABC and D&D) and places AND they are free to attend! Drinks and snacks are provided at all of them. Please let me know if YOU have any ideas for clubs that we could do! I would LOVE to hear them! Yearly Events: Patron Only Party in January, the Summer Reading Program in July, and our annual Halloween Trunk or Treat in October. Other Services:
*Inter-Library Loan - if we don’t have the book you’re looking for, we can request it from another library for you to check out and read, without having to travel there yourself! (The book has to be at least a year old to be requested)
*Book & movie deliveries up to ten miles away from the library!
*CD/DVD cleaning kit to clean up your discs!
*Free Wi-Fi, available to the public
*Four patron computers for public use - just read our Computer User Agreement first!
->We have a Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) on one of our patron computers, and an older version of the package on the other three
->We have an excellent Epson printer available for all of your printing and copying needs (donated by the Snyder Community Foundation and Hunke Manufacturing! Thank you so much!!)
->We now have a card reader for patron use! This reader is compatible with CF, MS, TF, and SD cards
->And the gaming sensation, Roblox, is on three of our patron computers
*A Chill Corner or two to hang out and play in (we have LEGOs, puzzles, toys, card games, stuffed animals, etc)
*A safe space for all
*& so much more!!!
