❤️ EXCITING NEWS FOR PEANUT BUTTER ❤️

Late this morning , we had a meeting with a local family here at the rescue.

This family is looking to add a canine family member to their family...

After meeting all of the dogs , they had decided on two of the dogs outside of their enclosure to see who might be the best fit...

Peanut butter , as shown in these two photos with one of our volunteers , granddaughters , has absolutely hit the jackpot today...

We are getting ready to load up and leave the rescue...

He is in a local foster to adopt placement...

He Has his adoption clearance appointment scheduled at pioneer on Monday The 8th of June.

Peanut Butter & his 12 siblings came to us at the age of six weeks as a part of the mom's last litter program. That was nearly four years ago. Of the 13 original puppies, we have had 11 of those puppies successfully adopted into family homes. Peanut butter and his brother's scooby have remained here at the rescue while we have been searching for their perfect forever family...

I AM SO EXCITED FOR OUR BOY AND THIS AMAZING FAMILY THAT HAS OPENED THEIR DOOR TO ONE OF OUR LONG TERM RESCUE. DOGS.

We currently have more a dump trailer worth of garbage , kneading to be transported to the dump.

I have one option for transport , but I would need to net work donations for fuel and the cost of dumping.

Their family has posted them as missing from the area of highway 28 between Soap Lake and Ephrata.

They have searched everywhere. They have also spoken to all of their neighbors.

If anyone has any information as to where these goats may be, please reach out to us immediately So that I can put you in contact with their owner.

❤️THANKFUL FOR MINIMAL STORM DAMAGE❤️

Although I was so extremely stressed and worried because of the storm intensity last night about the rescue and the animals that we provide care for living at the rescue, we truly are blessed.And we had angels watching over us!!

The damage and devastation on the roads coming to the rescue is more than visible. Farmers losing crops, property owners, losing fencing machinery and vehicles from trees down. Cows having to be gathered and led back home because of down fences...

We are nearly completely intact!

We have one dog enclosure that lost some of its roofing.

We lost the sign at our driveway.

Everything else is very superficial...

Sorry, it took me a while to provide this update...

As i'm sure you can imagine , my first concern was assessing the well being of the Anim!

The next priority was assessing any potential damage to the rescue and our animal care equipment.

We are truly so blessed and fortunate compared to so many others in our county at this time...
