We are grateful for our local Rotary Club of Social Circle and their continued support of SCCS!

Their generosity supports opportunities like our elementary outdoor musical panel, where students can explore creativity through play. From supporting reading in our schools to providing local scholarships for our graduates, Rotary continues to make a meaningful impact on our students and community!

Supporting Rotary is supporting the next generation. Books were delivered to SCPS and SCES for every student. Those smiles are worth all the fundraising to give them access to books. Readers are leaders!

Rotary District 6910 Governor Brandy Swanson recently visited the Rotary Club of Social Circle. Club President Dr. Mamie Phillips presented to her, and to Assistant District Governor Steffanie Sorrells, a pair of District 6910 Millenium Celebration toasting flutes in appreciation of their service to the District and the Social Circle club. The beautiful toasting flutes have special significance, as they were given to the Social Circle Club by the estate of Bobby C. Miller, Sr., founder of the Rotary Club of Social Circle, its first club President, and District Governor of Rotary District 6910 in 1993-94. Bob Miller was a resident of Monroe and very active in the Rotary Club of Monroe until he realized in 1989 that he could save himself the 20-mile round trip between his Social Circle insurance agency and the Monroe club meetings once a week if he could convince enough business leaders in Social Circle to form a club😊
