As per the National Weather Service El Paso: High temperatures will be well above on Friday. Most lowland locations will be well above 100°F during the afternoon hours. Stay hydrated, if you are outside take plenty of breaks and check on the elderly, your neighbors and make sure pets have plenty of shade and water.
