Waynecap Weatherization

Waynecap Weatherization Wayne CAP Weatherization Assistance Program reduces energy costs for low-income households by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes.

These households save on average $283 or more every year according to a national evaluation of the program. The Wayne County Action Program, Inc. (WayneCAP), is a Non-Profit Community Action Agency. The Weatherization Assistance Program is grant funded by The US Department of Energy (DOE) and The New York State Department of Homes and Community Renewal (NYS-DHCR) to administer the Weatherization A

ssistance Program in Wayne & Ontario Counties. Our mission is to assist Wayne and Ontario County low income households, families with young children, seniors, and those with disabilities to make their homes safer & more energy efficient.
