Were basically 8 days and wake-up away, before we take an afternoon to celebrate the last 100 years of the American Legion at Post 220.
We hope you take time to celebrate with us.

Its Friday ☺️and that means Fish at post 220. 😋

That said, I have been informed we have a reservation at 5:00 for 38 people. 😱

We are a small organization, so please plan accordingly. We will start serving at 4:00 today.

T-40 and I think it's time to start building momentum for "our" American Legion Post 220 Centennial Celebration. 🎆🧨

You read that right. Post 220 submitted thier charter for approval in November of 1926 and ultimately it was endorsed and enacted in December 1926. That makes us 100 years old this year!!!🗓

Rather than celebrating after the onset of winter weather, the Centennial Steering Committee, in concert with the American Legion Post 220 council, invite the public to our post Sept 12th to help us celebrate our amazing heritage and legacy.

Our post's council, members, as well as, some volunteers from our community have been working hard to prepare our building, our grounds and our coffers for this event.

This will be a family friendly day that we hope is enjoyable for all. 🇺🇲

Additionally, we have already had some generous donations to make this day worthy of our 100th but we can always use more, so if your business or one you're affiliated with, wishes to help, just let us know. If a tax exemption for that donation helps make a difference, we can provide our information, at the time of receipt.
