Kenai Peninsula Food Bank We feed people because nobody deserves to be hungry! There is no charge for food obtained here.

Staff and volunteers collect, process and distribute reclaimed foods and donated items to Kenai Peninsula residents through four distinct programs. Agency members pay a small shipping and handling fee for items acquired in the warehouse program. Hours of Operation:

Fireweed Diner: 11:30AM to 100PM
Direct Service Food Boxes: 12:00PM to 4:00PM
Warehouse: 10:00AM to 4:30PM

KIDFEST IS OFFICIALLY HERE!

As part of our continuing celebration of National Health Center Week, we bring you Kidfest 2026!

Parents, guardians and caregivers, please see the flyer below for details on how to get free backpacks with school supplies and oral hygiene kits for kiddos. Children do not need to be present. Please remain in your vehicle.

Backpacks are available starting at noon and will be handed out until 1:00 PM.

Backpacks available at these locations:
• 230 E. Marydale Ave., Soldotna
• 805 Frontage Rd., Kenai
