❓What is the Pop Up Mobile Food Pantry❓
This program was developed to bring food to individuals and their families who are unable to get to the Kenai Peninsula Food Bank or one of our partner agencies.
We distribute bags of non-perishable food, one (1) bag of food per two (2) household members, specially chosen for people who may not have access to a kitchen. In addition, we provide some perishable items as available.
*Not Counted Towards Monthly Senior Boxes, TEFAP Bags, or any other food insecurity services.*
❓Who is responsible for the Pop Up Mobile Food Pantry❓
The Kenai Peninsula Food Bank launched test runs in December 2025 to gauge the need on the Central Kenai Peninsula. The intent is to build a foundation and grow the program as needed.
❓When & Where are these Pop Ups Located❓
The Pop Ups are scheduled at six (6) different locations throughout the Central Kenai Peninsula. Please see our previous posts for days & times.
