Calling all little ghosts, goblins, superheroes, princesses, and Halloween lovers! Get those costumes ready and bring your candy bags for an evening full of Halloween fun!

🍬 It takes a community to make Halloween magical! Local businesses, community organizations, City of Solon departments, and volunteers are coming together to bring this spooktacular event to life! With 30+ booths filled with candy, festive decorations, and Halloween spirit, our community is ready to make lasting memories for families throughout Solon.

This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the local businesses and community members who help make Solon such a special place to live. Come show your support, collect some treats, and see the creativity our participants bring to the trail!

🏆 Don’t forget to vote for your favorite decorated booth and favorite costume!

🎃 No registration necessary — just bring the family, wear your best costume, and get ready for a frightfully fun evening!

Early Voting Begins Today: Three Charter Amendments on the Ballot

This year, the City of Solon Charter Review Commission convened to review the City Charter and recommend updates. Based on the Commission's recommendations, Solon City Council voted to place three proposed Charter amendments before voters this fall.

Each issue requires a majority vote to pass. See the attached flyer for more details or visit https://www.solonohio.gov/1370/City-Election-Issues

Early voting begins today, Tuesday, October 6. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3.

The City of Solon’s rescheduled fireworks display is happening THIS SATURDAY, October 10 at Solon Community Park!

Originally planned for July, we’re excited to finally light up the sky over Community Park!

The Solon Service Department is getting ready for its annual Fall Leaf Pickup Program, with collection starting the week of October 19.

📅 Week of October 12: Crews will test equipment and prepare for the season
