SPBA member Shore Medical Center will host its annual Memorial Day Ceremony honoring our nation’s fallen heroes on Friday, May 22 at noon on the front lawn of the hospital along Bay Avenue.

In advance of the ceremony, more than 1,000 American flags were planted on the lawn as a moving tribute to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Community members are invited to attend.

Members of the Somers Point Business Association were proud to take part in today’s presentation hosted by the PR Council of Greater Atlantic City in recognition of Autism Acceptance Month 💙

Representatives from Shore Medical Center, an SPBA member, shared an inside look at the sensory care programs currently offered in the Emergency Department and outpatient testing areas, along with plans to expand these services into respiratory and radiology care. These initiatives are helping create a more supportive, comfortable healthcare experience for individuals with sensory sensitivities.

The presentation also highlighted how these programs were made possible through the power of community support—an inspiring example of what a true public relations effort can achieve.

It was great to see fellow SPBA members, including King Barnes Law and Shore Local Magazine, in attendance to show their support. Moments like these reflect the strength and connection of our local business community.
