Last night I realized the greatest accomplishment of my professional career. I am truly honored to have been selected as your next District Judge for Division 1, serving Pulaski and Rockcastle counties. Today looked a whole lot more like “normal” for the Hardy family as we took the time to pause and reflect, with a trip to the coffee shop with my favorite little smoothie lover, followed by a trip to the park and then a slow afternoon of family time together at home. Words cannot express how thankful I am to the many people who helped me along this amazing journey. From sound advice, to knocking on doors, to a homemade meal, and prayers, there are so many people to thank. To all of you, Thank You! Now for the real work to begin from the bench, work that I look forward to doing for the communities I love most.

I would be truly honored to have your vote and support today for 28th District Judge, Division 1. I decided to run for this position almost a year ago after much thought, prayer, and discussion with my family, and I am proud of the race this campaign has run. I have met many wonderful people and attended more events than I can count along the way, and I have been truly blessed with the support of many friends and family members through it all. I know that my experience, my integrity, my heart, and my work ethic will serve the people of Pulaski and Rockcastle counties well as I continue to work to make our communities safer. I have devoted my entire career to public service and would humbly ask for your vote so that I may continue this work as your next District Judge for Division 1.

The final weekend on the campaign trail has been truly wonderful! On Friday, I attended the monthly Fish Fry at the Nancy Volunteer Fire Department followed by a Chili Supper at the Brodhead Fire Department while Molly and Collins attended Cougarfest at Somerset Christian School. On Saturday, I started the day at the Sievers Lodge Tenderloin Breakfast in Nancy, followed by Civil War Days at the Mill Springs Battlefield while Molly attended the Craft Fair at the Pulaski County Public Library. Then, my father-in-law and I attended a Soup Bean Dinner at Livingston Fire and Rescue followed by the Gun Show at the Center for Rural Development. We ended the day attending a Soup Bean Dinner and Pie Auction at the Pongo Volunteer Fire Department, followed by a Chili Supper at the White Lily Volunteer Fire Department, and finally a visit to the Monthly Auction at the Woodstock Community Center.

As Election Day nears, I cannot help but reflect back on the campaign trail I have traveled for nearly a year with the help and support of so many special people. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of those who have given of their time and energy in support of my campaign, I am truly honored by your friendship and sincerely grateful. If you haven’t already voted, Tuesday, November 8th, is your last opportunity to do so. Be sure to !

Molly and I exercised our right to vote after work yesterday and Collins was excited to join us so that we could all three go “Vote for Daddy for District Judge.” When we came home, we recreated a video we took the day we voted in the Primary Election. It is wild to see how much our baby girl has grown and changed in these last several months. When I decided to file to run for District Judge for Division 1, how a campaign would impact my family’s life was a foremost concern. My whole family has gone above and beyond to support my campaign, including little Collins. I am beyond blessed with a loving and supportive family, and cannot put into words how much they mean to me. If you have not already done so, please get out and exercise your right to vote on or before November 8th. I would be honored if you would .

Some traditions must be honored, even when you are on the campaign trail. Tonight we trick or treated in the same neighborhood Collins has been trick or treating in since she was born, together with our friends and neighbors. I was honored when Collins asked me to dress up as her Prince Charming, and she was so proud to walk the neighborhood with me. These are memories I know I will treasure forever! 👑

To say we had some Fall fun this weekend on the campaign trail would be an understatement. We started on Thursday night, attending Fall Festivals at Science Hill Independent School and Nancy Elementary School. On Friday, Molly participated in Fall Fun Day at Somerset Christian School and then we attended Fall Festival at Oak Hill Elementary School. The teachers, administrators, and PTOs at all four schools worked very hard planning and running these events and we had a tremendous amount of fun as a family enjoying the many activities they organized. These traditions do so much good for our community’s youth, raising funds to support their education and offering opportunities for children and their families to fellowship outside of normal school hours. On Saturday, we celebrated my nephew’s 3rd Birthday party with family and friends. Then, we had a spooky good time participating in the Hallelujah Halloween in the Valley Trunk or Treat in Mount Vernon, where we passed out candy and American flags to trick or treaters and enjoyed live music and other fall festivities. Thank you to everyone who made this event such a huge success, it was fun for all ages and a great opportunity for the community to come together to celebrate the fall season. With only 10 days remaining between now and Election Day on November 8th, I want to remind everyone to get out and exercise their right to vote!

Another eventful day on the campaign trail. I started the day at the Flag Retirement Ceremony held by American Legion Post 38. If you have never been to one of these ceremonies, I encourage you to do so. It is a beautiful tribute to American values and patriotism. Then, we headed to the Somernites Cruise where we set up Hardy Campaign Headquarters for the day. Next we enjoyed a chili supper and pie auction hosted by the Shopville Stab Volunteer Fire Dept. We ended the day at a second chili supper and pie auction hosted by the Mtvictory Firedept. Thank you to everyone who came out in their Hardy shirts today to show their support. Election Day will be here before you know it. Be sure to tell your family and friends to .

Tonight was fun for everyone! We started at the Halloween Trail of Treats Fest at Firebrook Community Park where we trunk or treated with hundreds of families from all over the community. Then my father-in-law and I enjoyed a tasty spaghetti dinner at the Bronston Fire Department. We ended the evening watching football as the Southwestern Warriors and Pulaski Maroons played a great game! So happy to see so many supporters out and about enjoying time with their families tonight! This community is special because of the many wonderful people who call it home, and I am proud to be among them.

Honesty, integrity, impartiality, and work ethic are at the core of my campaign and will remain at the core of my courtroom. My desire to become an attorney was motivated by my love of this community where I was raised, and its people. I knew from an early age that I wanted to have a hand in preserving what makes my home such a great place to live, work, and raise a family. My career has been dedicated to servant leadership, and nothing would honor me more than to have the privilege of serving the citizens of Pulaski and Rockcastle Counties as your next District Judge for Division 1. I ask for your vote on or before November 8th in the General Election. Please like and share this message and video!

The campaign trail was loaded with musical talent today. We started at the Woodstock Fall Festival at the Woodstock Community Center where we enjoyed wonderful music and fellowship with people from all over the community. Then we headed to the 2022 Moonlight Festival in downtown Somerset where we heard more great music and enjoyed a picnic lunch. Then we headed to the Haynes K**b Volunteer Fire Dept for their Chili Supper where we heard yet more beautiful music. Thank you so much to all those who came out today to show their support and wore those Hardy shirts! It was so great to see my friend Alex Miller, and hear some of his music tonight. I am blessed with the very best when it comes to my family and friends.
