It's another DAY OF SHARING at God's Food Pantry! (119 S. Central Ave, Somerset, KY). We have BREAD, BREAD and MORE BREAD- all kinds of bread and JUICE. We may add more items after our truck returns from doing all of our pick ups.

We will share this blessing 9:30am-2:30pm.

We want to share with as many families as possible so we ask that only 1 PERSON PER FAMILY pick up and only 1 VISIT PER DAY.

Happy Tuesday, June 2, 2026!

It's another DAY OF SHARING at God's Food Pantry! (119 S. Central Ave, Somerset, KY). We have BREAD, BREAD and MORE BREAD- all kinds of bread except white sliced bread. We may add more items after our truck returns from doing all of our pick ups.

We will share this blessing 9:30am-2:30pm.

Happy Saturday, May 30th! There is a lot going on at God's Food Pantry (119 S. Central Ave, Somerset, KY) today!

Marlene’s Kitchen Foundation is here all day (8am-4pm) collecting gently using clothing/household items to benefit our community. All donations made will bless Good Samaritan Thrift Store so they can bless other.

KMA/KBA District #19 will be doing a charity motorcycle ride to feed the hungry in Pulaski County. All donations are welcome. Registration begins at 11am and kickstands go up at noon. Participants will leave from the God's Food Pantry parking lot and will ride to Wolf Creek Dam and back. A meal will be provided at the end of the ride.

Sons Of Thunder Boxing Club is here just to help wherever they can!

AND... we are here and we try to never miss an opportunity to bless our community. We will have FREE bread outside for anyone in need. Just come and get what you can use.

So... clean out you closets, your kitchen, your garage and bring everything by God's Food Pantry today. We will even accept food donations if you have them!
Or... bring your motorcycle and join the ride.
Or... come by around noon just to watch all of those beautiful bikes leave our parking lot. It is truly a sight to see and a physical experience as you feel the rumble from your head to your toes. For best view, park across the street. Children 12 and under can visit the registration table to be put into a drawing for a free tablet!
Or... stop by and pick up some bread for your family. We are glad to share!

!!!FREE FOOD EVENT- 250 CARTS!!!

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST!

WHO:
Pulaski County Residents

WHAT:
250 FREE carts of food including: MILK, COFFEE, JUMBO EGGS (bring empty egg cartons if you have them), POTATOES, SWEET TREATS, SALTY SNACKS, SOFT DRINKS, a SUNCARE ITEM, a PRODUCE ITEM, an INTERNATIONAL FOOD ITEM and a GENEROUS SELECTION OF BREAD.

Please note that every cart will be unique due to the vast selection of items we have available. You WILL get what we have advertised but it may look different than the person's cart before or after yours.

WHERE:
God’s Food Pantry – 119 S. Central Ave, Somerset, Kentucky

WHEN:
FRIDAY, MAY 29TH - 10:00AM – 2:30PM (Or while supplies last). No regular cart service available until all free carts are claimed. Please watch this post for hourly updates at the top. Parking lot will not open until 10:00AM.

HOW:
Bring a valid KY ID/Driver’s license that has your Pulaski Co. address on it. If your address does not show as Pulaski Co, you MUST bring a current UTILITY BILL in your name to show your correct address.

PLEASE:
Park in a legal parking space (white lines on either side).
Do not block the fire station in the front or back
Do not smoke/vape on our property. There is a trash can available for your cigarette butts.
Limit yourself to 1 cart per family/address

WHY:
Because we love our friends and neighbors!

HELPFUL NOTES/HINTS:
*If you plan on arriving several hours before the event, bring a collapsible chair.
*Our shopping carts cannot be taken home.
*Bring your own extra bags/boxes to get food into your vehicle.
*Be nice to our staff. These events take a lot of effort and many come in on their days off just to help.
*God’s Food Pantry cannot control the algorithms of Facebook. Yelling at us 3 days after the event because you didn’t see the post is really something beyond our control. We want EVERYONE in need to have the opportunity to access this food. We aren’t intentionally keeping the information from you.
*If you call or message during this event, know that we are extremely busy and you may not get a response.

Tonight's supper is Mexican casserole, chips, and corn with dessert and a drink. The meal is free to all. Our doors open at 4 PM, meal service starts at 5 PM and carry out may be available at 5:45 PM. We do not offer delivery.

Our food is provided by God's Food Pantry and our wonderful volunteers prepare our meal.

FREE FOOD outside even though inside is closed!

Just a reminder that God's Food Pantry is closed for Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, 2026.

With that said, I am working for a bit today and have put some PRODUCE, MILK, FLOWERS and BREAD outside (119 S. Central Ave, Somerset, KY) for anyone in need to pick up. I will have a table out until about 2:30 today. We have enough for about 50-75 families.
