Please give a warm welcome to one of the newest businesses in our community Rapid Marine Group. We had the chance to get to know the owner Doug Hough and his family who run the business. The new Somerset location is their 5th location and their first in Wisconsin. They are very excited to be a part of the community and the growing St Croix Valley Region. They offer sales, service and support of both new and used boats. They sell a variety of brands with a focus on Lund, Crestliner, Ranger, Four Winns and more. We want to THANK the Somerset School District (and Staff) for this wonderful collaboration with some Chamber Members and other area businesses. Our very gracious host businesses were Whittstock Builders, Isometric/Nissha, SMC, Preco, Rivers Edge Venue / Edgy Eats, Somerset Collision, and the Village of Somerset (Village Hall & Staff) THANK YOU HOSTS! Principal Probst reached out to the Chamber a few months ago asking if we could help to plan a field trip for all 10th graders this past Tuesday morning to visit area businesses. The mission was to share unique career paths for the students to learn about and consider as they continue on through high school. The feedback from students, hosts and staff was a unanimous thumbs up! Enjoy the photos and thank you all again from the Somerset Chamber!
