Trees or parking lot?
The county should use grass fields, reduce the parking lot size, and preserve the 11 acres of woodlands for use as nature trails.
Residents of MC need more access to the outdoors. Please submit your comments to the National Park Service before September 3, 2024.

We need your help to stop a huge, harmful artificial turf development in Middlesex County that will LIMIT public access to the outdoors!

The Break Free From Plastic Pollution Act is comprehensive legislation that holds the big plastic manufacturers and polluters responsible, rather than consumers. It pauses construction on any new plastic-making facilities. It begins to phase out single-use plastic products that aren't recyclable.

Plastic pollution is killing wildlife and ending up in our oceans, waterways, and food. And with manufacturing facilities located in low-income communities of color, it disproportionately harms black and brown residents. Sierra Club, New Jersey Sierra Club, Raritan Valley New Jersey Sierra Club

Plastic is piling up on our beaches, floating in our rivers, and littering our communities. Congress can begin to take comprehensive action on plastic pollution with the Break Free From Plastic Pollution Act, but we need to act now!
