Today started off with our annual Legislative Breakfast at Bristol Aggie.

It was an incredible turnout, as we were honored to be joined by dozens of our incredible local current and past state legislatures to discuss topics not only pertaining to our school, but for our surrounding communities. 

It’s always a wonderful day when we get to discuss all of the incredible works happening on campus and ways to expand the educational and other resource opportunities for Bristol County and beyond.

Valentine’s Day at Bristol Aggie!

Thank you so much to Plymouth County for hosting the “all county” commissioners meeting for the commonwealth county government yesterday. It was a fantastic and motivating meeting-full of bright ideas, thinking ahead and a necessary reminder of the importance of collaboration within the Commonwealth to continue with strong county government. We can accomplish much more when we come together and share ideas!

It was also a wonderful opportunity to experience lunch hosted by the culinary department at Plymouth South high school, they do an incredible job and everything was delicious!

Looking forward to our next meeting together, to be hosted by Dukes County!

Got to spend time going through Attleboro District Court and meeting with some of our custodial staff to view some ongoing projects, discuss potential future needs and honor the work that has been done to maintain this beautiful building!

It was an honor to be at the Launch and Blessing of Marine 34, Fairhaven Fire Departments new fire boat, which will work to protect & serve the community and the Bay, together with New Bedford.

The funds for Marine 34 were obtained through federal ARPA funds, which were received by the Bristol County Commissioner’s office and distributed to all 20 cities and towns in the county for projects which would not otherwise be fiscally possible.

With Fairhaven hosting marinas, year-round boats and several waterfront communities that are not easily accessible by land; Marine 34 will be a major asset to the area.

Congratulations to the town of Fairhaven and thank you for your service in keeping the community safe!
