Somerset Fire Crews were dispatched to traffic light 19 for a 3-vehicle rear-end type collision. On scene, Somerset Police and Safety Officers were requesting fire department assistance for fluid cleanup. Somerset-Pulaski County EMS was notified as one occupant requested to be treated and transported to the hospital.

Somerset Fire Crews were dispatched to W Hwy 914 / Barrett Drive for a two-vehicle injury accident. On-scene crews provided patient care, vehicle stabilization, and roadway cleanup. Somerset-Pulaski County EMS transported three patients to the hospital. Somerset Police and Safety Officers also assisted on scene.

Somerset Fire Crews were requested to assist Burnside Fire Department on Miller Drive with a structure fire. On scene, Somerset crews checked for hot spots and extensions after the initial fire was knocked down. Crews were also able to find and rescue a dog and a cat in the back of the home; both were unharmed. Also assisting on scene were Parker’s Mill Volunteer Fire Department, and Ferguson Volunteer Fire Department.

Somerset Fire Crews were dispatched to the 3700 block of the Cumberland Parkway for assistance with a non-injury accident. On-scene crews found that a vehicle had left the roadway and traveled down an embankment before coming to rest against a tree. The driver of the vehicle was unable to exit because the driver's door was against the tree. Crews were able to use equipment to extricate the driver. A low-angle rope rescue system was also set up to help the occupants be brought back up to the top of the embankment. The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office also assisted on the scene.

Somerset Fire Crews were dispatched to the 300 block of N Hwy 27 for a chemical spill. On scene, crews found that a construction crew had spilled diesel. Crews assisted the construction crew in putting down oil dry to stop the fluid from spreading further.

Somerset Fire Crews were dispatched to N Main Street and W Limestone Street for a two-vehicle injury collision. On-scene crews blocked traffic and assisted Somerset-Pulaski County EMS, who transported one patient to the hospital. After the initial collision, the vehicles then struck a utility pole. Kentucky Utilities was called to inspect the pole. Somerset Police and Safety Officers also assisted on scene.

Somerset Fire crews were dispatched to Traffic Light 2 for an injury collision with entrapment. Crews stabilized the vehicles and extricated the victims from the vehicle using rescue tools. One patient was transported to the hospital by Somerset-Pulaski County EMS, and another was airlifted from the scene by Air Methods KY3 Helicopter. Somerset Police also assisted on the scene.

Crews blocked traffic and cleaned fluids and debris from the roadway. One patient was transported to the hospital by Somerset-Pulaski County EMS. Somerset Police and Safety Officers also assisted on scene.

Somerset Fire Crews were dispatched to the E. Cumberland Parkway off-ramp near the 2400 block on N Hwy 27 for a commercial vehicle rollover. On-scene crews found a tractor-trailer had left the roadway before rolling onto its top and losing its load. The driver of the vehicle was checked and refused treatment and transport by Somerset-Pulaski County EMS. C2G Environmental was called in because of leaking fuel tanks. Candido's Towing used heavy equipment and personnel to upright the truck and clean up the spilled cargo. Somerset Police/Safety Officers, Kentucky State Police, and the Kentucky Department of Highways also assisted on scene.
