We LOVE the Somerset Regional Volunteer Fire Department’s brand new Golden Eagle-styled engine, not only because it is decked out in Somerset orange and black, but because it represents the very hard work of many, many dedicated volunteers who selflessly work to keep us safe.

Please consider joining and supporting all our local fire company families as they do their most noble work.

Mark your calendars for this year’s Ignite the Night Somerset fireworks, sponsored by many very generous local businesses and organizations! We appreciate their community-mindedness, as well as the work of the many volunteers who organize this annual event for us all to enjoy.

Please note that the District does not sponsor this event, but we are glad to provide a venue for it.

Week 2 of summer library left everyone seeing red! We celebrated the color red as one of our national colors by talking about ladybugs and strawberries. A good time at the playground for sure!. Join us next Monday at 9:30.

Maple Ridge kicked off their summer library program at the playground. All smiles as kids got to borrow books, hear stories, play America bingo and make a red, white and blue craft. Join us Mondays at 9:30 at the Union St playground!

As part of the special education curriculum, students partake in year long adaptive swim classes. Adaptive swimming offers life-saving safety skills while delivering profound physical and emotional benefits. The students love splashing around! Huge thank you to the pool staff for making this happen!
