Looking forward to having this event back at SHA!

Join us Sunday, October 5th for the 20th Annual Toys for Tots Run. The ride kicks off in Somersworth with coffee, donuts, and a bike and car show before heading here for raffles, 3-card poker, and plenty of fun. Bring a toy, decorate your ride, and help us make the holidays brighter for local kids! 🎁

Ready for the kick off to the summer!

We have had many inquiries regarding the opening date for the Splash Pad at Noble Pines Park. The splash pad will officially open on June 21st for the Somersworth Children's Festival.

Some great programing from our Portsmouth neighbors. Rides for SHA residents to this event could be available if there is interest!

Please join us to learn how Mindfulness practices can help you, and your family, feel more calm, emotionally balanced, resilient, and joyful.

Group participants will learn what Mindfulness is and why it is so helpful in cultivating more calm and joy in relationships both with families and ourselves. The class will engage in a number of practices and activities that will allow participants to experience the feeling of being mindful that can be practiced anytime and anywhere!

Our Executive Director Deborah Evans is retiring this week so as part of our send off we ended last week on strike with picket signs and all! She will be greatly missed and are sad the signs and spirit couldn't stop her but are excited for her next chapter to begin.

A great program for this great weather!

Don't forget, if you are registered for the 50+ walking group the fun starts tomorrow at 10am. We'll gather outside city hall (Upper Level) before exploring downtown Somersworth. We are looking forward to seeing you all!

This great program with the Somersworth Recreation Department is back this spring! A great way get outside with those in our community.

50+ and looking for a way to make friends and get some exercise at the same time? The Hilltopper 50+ walking program was design just for that purpose. Not only that you get to explore some spots around the city. This program is free but you will need to register, so grab some friends and come and join the fun that starts April 24th at City hall.
